Hannah Rose Vintage Boutique is an online clothing store, which means that if you order from their website, they will ship out their product to you for free. But here is the catch. Say your daughter would like to order a dress because she is going to be a flower girl in a wedding. Now the clothes she normally wears are size 7/8. So, we ordered the dress and found it to be a little big. So, I ordered another dress size 6, which fits. I was instructed by way of the “chat service online”( It seems Hannah Rose Vintage does not have a phone number that you can call to talk to someone about an order) which is very fishy. They told me to return the package with a note inside stating that I had ordered another dress. So, I went to the post office, shipped it to them and they received it. Here is the sneaky part. The free shipping that they promised is no longer free. They claim since I ordered the wrong size dress, that they will deduct from my refund the shipping charge to the first dress. So now I had to pay for shipping twice. This is a company that sells clothes online, meaning you cannot try them on to see if they fit before you buy. This company prays that people will make these mistakes so they can add to their profit. I have done a lot of online shopping for about every product you can think of, they are the only company that I know that makes you pay for making a little mistake. Kids are constantly growing and the sizes of clothes they wear can change overnight. In their company policy they state that this is Standard Policies for a small boutique. Yes, it is standard policy for small boutiques who do not do business over the internet. So, the phrase “buyer be where” really applies to this company. Here is a tip for Hannah Rose Vintage Boutique, since you are a online clothing dealer don’t profit from a customers mistake in regards to size, color or any little thing that can be exchanged. In your company policy its not a good thing to state that, “You politely and respectively decline requests to alter or change your policy”. A company who claims to be located in the U.S.A should want to better their company by listening to customer opinions. Being greedy and to charge a customer for guessing what size dress their daughter may wear, is about as low as you can get. Oh and I like the fact that when I ordered a smaller dress, same style the price went up almost $10 dollars. Less product means less money, not less product means more money. Quite a scam you got going on.

The dress is absolutely gorgeous! It fit my daughter perfectly and she looked like an angle. The inside was soft so there was no irritation.
I purchased this for my granddaughter, she picked it out. She is 3 years old and the 4 fits her perfectly. She has had it on everyday since she received it. She loves it and so do I.

I was so happy with my order & customer service ! I had this adorable dress shipped to Texas for my granddaughter 4 th birthday ! After placing the order, the dress was being shipped to me in Wisconsin ! I panicked but , the store correct the problem and my granddaughter received this beautiful dress in time for her birthday ! The lace on the dresses are soft so the girls loved them. They look so precious in the dresses.
