      Processing time

      The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

      Estimated shipping times does not include travel time, please allow an additional week to receive after you order has been shipped:

      Turnaround time: for flower girl dresses 2-3 weeks

      Turnaround time for Pre-Order Custom Clothing 3-4 weeks

      We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on stock availability and the shipping method you choose.

      Customs and import taxes on International Orders outside of the USA

      Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

      Returns & exchanges

      We gladly accept exchanges for Flower Girl Dresses Only (No Exchanges or Returns for Pre-Order or Custom Items)

      We are happy to exchange any dresses returned within 14 days of receipt. Dresses must be returned in it's original packaging in clean, unworn condition with tags still attached and must be accompanied by original invoice to be eligible for an exchange. Absolutely no exchanges can be accepted after 14 days for any reason.

      Dresses returned rolled up and or in alternate packaging will not be accepted. Dresses smelling of cigarette smoke, perfume, soap or any other odor will not be accepted.

      We gladly accept exchanges for Flower Girl Dresses Only

      Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
      Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
      We do not offer refunds for any reason.

      We don't accept returns or cancellations

      But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

      The following items can't be returned or exchanged

      Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

      • Pre-Order Custom or personalized orders
      • Intimate items and Hair Accessories (for health/hygiene reasons)
      • Items on sale

      Conditions of return

      Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
