      When will I receive my order?

      All flower girl dress orders ship in 1-2 weeks unless otherwise noted on listing.

      Regular clothing ship in 1-5 business days.

      How much does shipping cost?

      Shipping is calculated via USPS and depends on weight and shipping distance FOB Arlington TX. We normally ship via 1st Class Shipping for items with combined weight of not more than 13 oz and Priority Shipping for items with combined weight of 1lb or more.


      What is your return and exchange policy?

      We gladly accept exchanges but we are unable to accept returns on flower girl dresses. Other clothing items are on a per case basis. Hair accessories and intimate items cannot be exchanged or returned. 

      Contact us with in 5 days of receiving your order and ship back within 10 days of having received your order. Products must have original tags attached and we only accept clothing in unworn condition, with original tags and stickers.

      What is your return policy?

      We accept returns for exchanges or store credit only.

      But please contact us if you ever have any problems with your order.  Worn, used or damaged items will not be accepted for store credit or exchange.


      Which items cannot be returned?

      The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

      Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
      • Custom or personalized orders
      • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
      • Digital downloads
      • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
      • Hats and Hair accessories (for health/hygiene reasons)
      • Newborn to 3 month clothing (for health/hygiene reasons)
      • Items on sale
      Conditions of return
      Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and additional shipping costs associated with exchanges. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  No exchange will be given for items returned worn, used or damaged.  Customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with reshipping damaged items
