REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Everyday Clothing

We do except returns on our regular clothing on a case-by-case basis.  This does not include flower girl dresses or special occasion dresses, hair accessories or intimate items. Please contact us with your return prior to mailing it back to us.  

Flower Girl Dresses, Special Occasion, Pre-Order Clothing

We are happy to accept exchanges only on flower girl dresses and special occasion dresses.  We are unable to accept returns on these items.  However, if there is ever a problem with your order please contact us.   

- Contact us with your exchange request within 7 days.

- Return the item within 14 days.

- Please be sure to include your order receipt or order information and a note stating the new size, color, style, etc. that you will be needing. 

We are also unable to cover shipping costs for exchanges and once your exchange request is approved you will need to pay re-shipping costs here: Re-Ship Fee 

Conditions of Return

We are happy to exchange any dresses returned within 14 days of receipt. Dresses must be returned in it's original condition, clean unworn condition with
tags still attached and must be accompanied by original invoice to be eligible for an exchange. Absolutely no exchanges can be accepted after 14 days for any reason. Dresses returned rolled up or bawled up, worn or damaged can not be accepted. Dresses smelling of cigarette smoke, perfume, soap or any other odor will not be accepted.
