Refund policy

 

Flower Girl Dresses, Special Occasion, Pre-Order, Custom Order, Made to Order (MTO) Clothing

We are happy to accept exchanges only on flower girl dresses and special occasion dresses.  We are unable to provide refunds on these items.  However, if there is ever a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. 

We are also unable to cover any shipping costs for exchanges and once your exchange request is approved you will need to pay re-shipping costs here: Re-Ship Fee 

Flower girl dress shipping times.  We are a small business with limited staff and so even though we stock our flower girl dresses in-house at times we are running behind on shipping these do to the very high numbers of weddings that we provide dresses for.  For this reason, we state 2-3 Weeks to ship but depending on the time of year (during the off wedding season) your dress could ship in one week or less.  We do also offer Rush for the peak seasons when your dress could take up to 3 weeks to ship.  Please always order early and allow yourself plenty of time.

Special Order, Custom made, Made to Order Items

We offer a variety of items that come from different vendors, etc. around the world so that we can bring you the best selection and highest quality items in an array of styles and prices.  Special order, custom made and made to order items are made for specifically for you after your order have been placed.  We are mostly unable to offer Rush on these items, so please note shipping times, order early and please be patient. If you do need any of these items in a Rush then please message us through our message bubble so that we can check with our workshop to see if Rush is available before you order.  

Returns for SO, CM and MTO Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom made, special order or made to order items.  These items are not stocked and will be made just for you, after your order is placed and so they are not returnable or exchangeable. Please note ship time and order early.  If there is ever a problem, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it.   We are able to offer a store credit for these items these items when return is absolutely necessary. However, if there is ever a problem with your order, please contact us and will do our best to correct it. 

Everyday Clothing

We may accept returns on our regular clothing (excluding flower girl, pre-order clothing and special occasion wear) on a case-by-case basis.  Absolutely no returns or exchanges accepted after 14 days for any clothing for any reason. 

Returns Domestic Orders:

- Contact us with your exchange request within 7 days.

- Return the item within 14 days. (No turns can be accepted after this 14 day period).

- Please be sure to include your order receipt or order information and a note stating the new size, color, style, etc. that you will be needing. 

Returns: Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are paid to the Postal Service when your order is shipped and so we are unable to refund any postages costs for any reason.  This applies to both domestic and international orders.

Please note: if your order received free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your return refund amount. Free shipping cannot be paid by Hannah Rose Vintage Boutique for items that are returned for a refund. 

Please contact us within 7 days if there is ever a problem with your order.

Returns International Orders:

Please note that if you are an international customer returns and international re-shipping fees will need to be paid 100% by customer so be sure to measure correctly before ordering and contact us if assistance is needed.

Conditions of Return

We are happy to exchange any dresses returned within 14 days of receipt. Dresses must be returned in it's original condition, clean unworn condition with tags still attached and must be accompanied by original invoice to be eligible for an exchange. Absolutely no exchanges can be accepted after 14 days for any reason. Dresses returned rolled up or bawled up, worn or damaged cannot be accepted. Dresses smelling of cigarette smoke, perfume, soap or any other odor will not be accepted. 

Eligible for Refunds 

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom made or made to order items.  These items are not stocked and are made just for you after your order is placed and so they are not returnable or exchangeable.  However, if there is ever a problem with your order, please contact us and will do our best to correct it. 

Returns for refunds cannot be accepted for sale and clearance items.  These items are final sale.  We are happy to exchange size if the needed size is still in stock.  Customer is responsible for paying return shipping and Re-Ship Fee for the exchange item.  Regular priced (non-sale) clothing returns are accepted for our regular everyday clothing only on a case by case basis. We do not accept returns for refund on Flower Girl, Special Occasion dresses, hair accessories or any intimate items.  But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
