Shipping policy

Processing time is the time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Flower girl dresses 2-3 weeks (Rush is Available)
Pre-Order states 2-3 Weeks or 14 to 25 Days, etc. 
(No Rush, Cancellation or Returns available for Pre-Order)

Shipping times may vary depending on the product.  Please note the shipping time for each item just after the "little pink truck" shown on each listing just above the "add to cart button". 

 

Estimated shipping times does not include shipping travel time, please allow an additional days or a week to receive after you notification that your order has been shipped.

We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on stock availability and from where item may be imported.  Some items are not stocked in house and will be shipped to us after customer places his order.  We currently use workrooms and manufacturers in Brazil, Spain, Russia and other countries so that we can bring you a beautifully unique collection of items.

Customs and import taxes on International Orders outside of the USA

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their own country. We have no control over and are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
