Dress is absolutely beautiful. 5+ stars. But this was for a flower girl dress and bride ordered based on her age, so dress was a bit large in bodice area (size down if between sizes). When I emailed about exchanging sizes it was a 100 step process and I would have had to pay $18 (for restocking fee + shipping out new dress ) mind you that doesn’t include the additional shipping to get it back to them. I understand it costs money to resend etc. but seemed a bit steep seeing shipping was already paid on the front end. The bride also thought a sash was included and did not order “the additional” sash for $3 (the wording is tricky on the website so I get where she would have thought this) so when I asked about ordering an additional sash and then sending in box with new dress size I was told I would have to order that separately and wouldn’t be able to combine orders and shipping. Seemed odd to pay TWO shipping fees for two things going same place. Alas, I’m sewing dress smaller myself and also buying sash elsewhere.
Summary: dress is great quality, can’t recommend enough. The tulle is a beautiful color, spot on. And the lace bodice looks more expensive then it is. However, Customer service wasn’t very helpful and I felt more like a order number than an actual person.

The dress was beautiful and better than expected. I ordered according to their measurements but it fit my daughter a little big. She is skinny and tall so it's hard to dress shop for her anyway. We used some tape and had no problem. The belt was my favorite part. So beautiful and the attention to detail was amazing.
