What to Expect
• Made to order: Each dress is created just for you and is not kept in stock.
• Color selection: Choose from our available floral and solid tulle colors.
• Sash selection: Select the satin sash color shown for your design.
• Production time: Custom pieces may require additional time depending on fabric availability.
• Final sale: Custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

How long will my order take to ship?

Standard processing time may vary depending on the item ordered.  Each listing will have state estimated shipping time directly on the listing.  Regular children’s clothing items will generally ship in 1-3 business days. Flower girl dresses generally ship in 1-2 weeks if in stock.  Out of stock items may require a minimum of 3 weeks.  We will notify you if this occurs.  Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If you need an order quickly, we suggest contacting us to check stock availability before ordering.

Pre-Order / Backorder Notice: Shipping dates for pre-order and backorder items are subject to change. We recommend purchasing these items separately, as split shipping may not be possible.

When does my order qualify for free shipping?

Domestic orders over $150.00 (after the application of promotional codes and before sales tax) are eligible for free standard shipping.

This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.

How do I return an order?

Visit our Return Policy page for full information on our return policy.  All returned items must have prior
authorization.

Special occasion wear is exchange only or a store credit will be provided if exchange is not desired. Everyday dresses can be returned or exchanged.  Hair accessories, bloomer or any intimate
items are all sales final.  Sale items
are final sale.

Items must be returned new, unworn, free of debris, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of the order delivered date.

I need a different size flower girl dress. How do I make an exchange?

We accept exchanges on all flower girl dresses. All dresses (except custom
designs) can be exchanged within 14 days. Simply contact us for approval, print and fill out our Return Request
Form found here Return Policy and include it with your return.

Why won’t my discount code apply?

Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or coupons. Certain product categories may not be eligible, including: Flower Girl Dresses, Cake Smash Outfits, Etc.
