We want you to be happy with your Hannah Rose Vintage purchases.  If for any reason you are needing to exchange or return and item, please contact us after receiving and reviewing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy for Special Occasion Wear

Our policy is not to accept returns on Special Occasion Wear; however, we understand that unique situations can arise. Returns may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis. If you believe there is an issue that requires a return, please contact us for instructions before sending anything back.

We are always happy to exchange Special Occasion dresses for a different size, color, or style when available.
Please inspect and try on your order as soon as it arrives. If there is any issue with your item, contact us immediately or within 24–48 hours of receiving your order. Any approved return or exchange must be sent back within 7 days.

We are unable to cover return shipping costs or re-ship costs associated with exchanges.  Buyer is responsible for these extra shipping costs.

Non Returnable Items

Hair Accessories and intimate items for safety reasons, these items cannot be resold once returned.

Sale items are not eligible for refund. These items may be exchanged or returned for a store credit only. 

Final sale items (price ending in .97 are not eligible for return or exchange.  

Cancellations will only be accepted within 48 hours of your purchase.  After 48 hours we are unable to cancel any order. 

Return Request Form

Kindly print, complete, and include our Return Request Form with your return item.  Additionally, please purchase our Reship Fee Listing for size/color exchanges. This fee covers the cost of shipping a replacement item to you, along with a restocking processing fee. 

Store credits may be issued on a case-by-case basis. Owing to the additional time needed to process returns/exchanges, inspect the returned garment, update inventory, and then package and ship a replacement dress, we reserve the right to impose a 20% restocking fee; original freight fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for postage for returns. *No returns will be accepted after 14 days. Custom or MTO orders cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Condition of Returns

Our dresses are sent out unscented, any dresses that have been worn, damaged, washed, smell of smoke, perfume or detergent/softener, will be denied.  And you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to you.

If you have any concerns about your order, they must be brought to our attention within 7 days max of receipt of your order. Exceptions will be considered.  Please just let us know if you have a special circumstance.  Items that have been in the customers possession for 14 days or more cannot be returned for any reason.

This policy is firm, so please inspect/try on your items right away and contact us immediately if there is a problem. Accessories are Not exchangeable; they are final sale.

Special Occasion Wear Size Chart

Flower Girl Dress size chart is located just above size selector on each listing.  Please measure your child and order accordingly to ensure your dress fits your child properly.  These dresses have open backs and need to fit to be worn correctly. Exchanges are at the customer’s expense.  We do not cover return or re-ship shipping costs.

SHIPPING COST REFUNDS

Shipping is paid directly to the Shipping Service to ship your package.  Once we have shipped this fee is completely non-returnable unless we have somehow made and error and shipped you the wrong garment, etc. 

Can I request a specific date for delivery?

* Please note we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, as we are not employees of any postal shipping service.  We can only ship by a specific timeframe as per the estimated delivery time stated on each listing. Due to increased online shopping and holiday or weather delays, we do not refund orders that are delayed or lost by the carrier or that arrive after your event date.  Please order with enough time, as we do not recommend short notice ordering. Priority Mail comes with 100.00 insurance, but standard free shipping does not.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customs and import taxes on International Orders outside of the USA:

We are located in the USA.  We suggest that if you are an international buyer that you check shipping timeframes and shipping costs for different shipping travel times offered and also, please check with your countries Customs Fees, policies, customs processing time, etc. associated with international buying.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders, dues to customs and the increase in online shopping, which has caused delays with carriers. Your order will be shipped according to the items processing timeframe with the shipping method you purchased at checkout.

Please check estimated shipping time for your selected shipping method.

NON ACCOUNT LOGIN ORDERS

I do not see my order/ I have not received order confirmation: Guest Checkout

When you checkout as a guest, you are giving limited information, and you are not logging in to your account. Guest checkout is a security feature, designed avoid receiving unwanted junk mail or spam mail. The email address you checkout with is hidden from the seller and any messages or order shipping info, will be forwarded, through the system, to the email address you provide. You WILL NOT see this order in your account, because you did not log into your account. I have had a few customers, reorder, thinking they never submitted an order, because they did not see their order in their account and receive 2 separate orders. Please be aware of how you are checking out, as duplicate orders, are not refundable/returnable.

Shoes: Kindly note that shoes will be shipped within 18-21 business days. To ensure correct fit, "please measure your child's foot and order one size larger".  Order cancellations for shoes are only possible within 2 days of the order date. Exchanges for shoes are not available.

Different Dye Lots, Quality Issues

We recognize that online shopping can be challenging, which is why we ensure our special occasion dresses are photographed on models. Be aware that colors may vary on different computer monitors and are also influenced by the lighting conditions.

For exchanges regarding size, color, or style, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and ensure the item is returned within 14 days of delivery.

Quality issues are not eligible for returns or refunds. Our clothing is carefully photographed to provide an accurate depiction of each item, and the fabric content is stated on each listing. We also offer swatch service to allow you see fabric/colors in person before ordering.  Therefore, it's unreasonable to expect a $300 dress for $68. Please note, we have a strict no-refund policy.

Please be aware that the dress will be delivered as shown in the image, in the color you selected. We replenish our stock of sizes as they sell out, and therefore, dresses of various sizes may come from different dye lots. Typically, the color variation is minor, and when multiple dresses are worn at the same event, such as several flower girls at a wedding, the lighting will affect each dress uniquely. Consequently, a minor color difference should not be discernible during the event. It's important to note that dresses from different dye lots are not eligible for return or exchange.

Delays/Lost or Stolen Packages

We provide your tracking number once your order is dispatched, enabling you to monitor its progress with the shipping service and know almost precisely when it is expected to be delivered. Delays are increasingly common, and while they are frustrating, please note that we can ship by a specific date but cannot predict carrier-related delays, loss or stolen packages, and we do not provide return or refunds in such cases.

If you are concerned about your package's location, particularly if it is marked as "delivered" yet you have not received it, we advise contacting the carrier directly, as they have access to more detailed information than we do.

Please be advised that our exchange policies adhere to the standard practices of special occasion wear stores. We respectfully decline any requests to modify or amend our policies.
