We offer all colors in flowers and you can choose your ribbon sash color and flowers to perfectly fit your wedding theme colors. Your bridal sashes and accessories are handmade using life-like synthetic roses and greenery that provides all the beauty of real flowers without the hassle—they even smell like the real thing, thanks to a natural rose perfume. We use a variety of roses, greenery and other flowers to make your beautiful custom accessories perfect for your special day.
How long will my order take to ship?
Standard processing time may vary depending on the item ordered. Each listing will have state estimated shipping time directly on the listing. Regular children’s clothing items will generally ship in 1-3 business days. Flower girl dresses generally ship in 1-2 weeks if in stock. Out of stock items may require a minimum of 3 weeks. We will notify you if this occurs. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Pre-Order / Backorder Notice: Shipping dates for pre-order and backorder items are subject to change. We recommend purchasing these items separately, as split shipping may not be possible.
When does my order qualify for free shipping?
Domestic orders over $150.00 (after the application of promotional codes and before sales tax) are eligible for free standard shipping. This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
How do I return an order?
Return & Exchange Policy for Special Occasion Wear
Our policy is not to accept returns on Special Occasion Wear; however, we understand that unique situations can arise. Returns may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis. If you believe there is an issue that requires a return, please contact us for instructions before sending anything back.
We are always happy to exchange Special Occasion dresses for a different size, color, or style when available.
Please inspect and try on your order as soon as it arrives. If there is any issue with your item, contact us immediately or within 24–48 hours of receiving your order. Any approved return or exchange must be sent back within 7 days. Visit our Return Policy page for full information on our return policy.
We are unable to cover return shipping costs or re-ship costs associated with exchanges. Buyer is responsible for these extra shipping costs. Ships from Dallas Texas.
Condition of returns:
Items must be returned new, unworn, free of debris, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of the order delivered date.

I need a different size flower girl dress. How do I make an exchange?
We accept exchanges on all flower girl dresses. All dresses (except custom
designs) can be exchanged within 14 days. Simply contact us for approval, print and fill out our Return Request
Form found here Return Policy and include it with your return.
Why won’t my discount code apply?
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, or coupons. Certain product categories may not be eligible, including: Flower Girl Dresses, Cake Smash Outfits, Etc.
