Dress was absolutely perfect however the website was very confusing as the flower stash I wasn’t which was depicted in a picture was unavailable. I ordered the ivory as that was the colour of the sash not flowers. Specified in my ordered which set of flowers I wanted. And unfortunately those were not the ones that were sent. I called spoke to a lovely lady and she explained that the people packing the order do not have the pictures I front of them for the items and that by ordering the ivory sash I ordered incorrectly. She offered to refund 1/2 of the money for the sash. Which I was content with. I am still waiting for the refund but will definitely be ordering in the future but will be calling to talk to someone before placing an online order. I wish I had gotten the lady’s name as she was so very helpful and polite. With the money that will be refunded I went and purchased one silk flowers and altered the sash myself. I had so many compliments on the dress it was beyond perfect
