Stylish and comfortable, they are attached to a soft elastic and meant to be worn around the back of the head, behind the ears, not as a typical party hat!

Hat features a light candy pink chunky glitter finish with soft large yarn pom.   Adorned with a hot pink chiffon flower and a thick row of hot pink chiffon ruffles around brim.
