Swatches are free but you will need to pay mailing costs.

• 1 to 4 swatches of tulle colors, ribbon or mixed 
• Notate colors needed in "Notes at Check Out". 
• Limit 4 swatches per customer!

Please note that we may not have all colors of ribbon or tulle in stock at all of the times.

If you request colors that we do not have at the time, will ship the other colors that you have requested only.
